SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take?
When an order is placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order.
Orders are processed and sent out within 2 working days. All orders are delivered from Canada Post. Delivery times are estimates and may vary and depend on destination.
Canada: 3 - 7 working days
United States: 3 – 6 working days
Rest of World: 6 – 10 working days
How much does it cost?
We don't like to pay for shipping and we're pretty sure you don't like to as well. We don’t have the volume to offer free shipping at this point so we provide flat fee shipping. Shipping is $12 CDN to anywhere in the world.
When ordering from countries outside Canada, upon the delivery of your order you may need to pay import Tax and Duty according to the local rules in your country.
As we are offering flat fee delivery and using regular mail service all orders are untracked.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If, for any reason, you would like to return your items, you are welcome to do so within 14 days from when you receive your package. The item(s) you return must be in the same condition they were delivered in: unused and unwashed. If your order was incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
You are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them.
Once we have received the item(s), a refund will be issued for the returned item(s) within 7-12 working days.
To return an item:
- Fill in the return form that was included with your purchase.
- Pack the return form together with the item(s) including all original product packaging and labelling.
- Label the package with the return address shown on the return form.
- Post the package through your nearest post office.
At this time we don't have prepaid return shipping but we will give you a credit on your next purchase for the total return shipping costs. Just include a copy of the shipping costs in the return package and contact us when you make your next purchase.
For an exchange (e.g. for a different size, colour) place a new order and return the other item(s) as above.
Depending on the value of your order and where you live you may be subject to additional Customs Taxes and/or Duties upon arrival. Customers are responsible for any Customs Charges.
We are unable to assist in cases where an order is entered with an incorrect address, sorry, however we will refund any incorrectly addressed orders that are returned to us by the carrier.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
We respect and value your privacy. Hence, no personal information will be sold, given or transferred in any way to a third party. However, by using this site you give NoBonk your consent and the right to use your information internally and for marketing purposes. All payments are handled over secure connections with our PSP. No credit card information is passed or handled on our servers. This information is entered on secure pages hosted by our Payment Service Provider and PayPal.
